Our goal is to empower Girl Scouts to help them make the world a better place. Girls Scouts is a volunteer run organization and we are always looking for new Troop Leaders and new Girl Scouts. We serve Girl Scout troops in southern Santa Barbara County and are part of California’s Central Coast Girl Scout region.

Girl Scouts is a girl-led, volunteer run organization that encourages friendship, leadership, community involvement, and most of all having fun. Girl Scouts learn by doing and acquire new skills by completing tasks together that are based on troop level. Each skill or journey comes with a badge or pin that the Girl Scouts can earn.

We have local events all year long that help Girls Scouts grow, learn, and practice Girl Scout values. Some are simple celebrations of important dates in the Girl Scout calendar, some are more involved overnight events, and some are important life skills training. Girl Scout troops have the opportunity to raise funds for troop activities through our Cookie Program and our Fall Product Program.
